RESERVATIONS

You can make reservations three ways:

1. Call us at 830.596.1301.
2. Complete this online form.
3. Complete the printable version of this form (click here) and send it to us via fax (830.596.1315) or via email info@allseasonsaccommodations.com

4. To reserve a property, we need to receive this Reservation form (below), a signed Lease Agreement and your refundable security deposit.

We manage properties for individual owners/investors. It is our policy to contact our owners before we enter into a lease agreement. Some of our owners use their property frequently. Our owners appreciate the fact that we contact them before we secure a reservation/lease. It might take us a day or two to secure your reservation. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.

PAYMENT METHOD: CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS.
Sorry, no credit cards accepted.

ALL RENTALS SUBJECT TO TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Three night minimum on Holiday weekends.
Cleaning fee varies on each property.
Please check
6% hotel tax on rentals 30 days and less.

ASA POLICIES

SORRY, NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Unless otherwise agreed, there are NO PETS.

NO SMOKING IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES. If you smoke, please go outside. If you smoke inside one of our properties, your deposit will NOT be returned, and you will be subject to any expense we incur to return the property to the same condition it was before you rented it.

ALL SEASONS ACCOMMODATIONS, INC. manages properties for Owners.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE USE OF THE HORSESHOE BAY RESORT AMENITIES WHEN RENTING OUR PROPERTIES.

A 6% HOTEL TAX IS CHARGED ON ALL SHORT TERM RENTALS (1 NIGHT - 30 DAYS)
A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE CLEANING CHARGE IS CHARGED ON ALL SHORT TERM RENTALS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING and by mail to us at PO Box 4242, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657, and received prior to check in dates described below.

IF CANCELLING MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN: You will receive a full refund on your reservation minus a $75 cancellation fee.

IF CANCELLING WITHIN 14 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN: You forfeit your security deposit.

IF CANCELLING AFTER YOU CHECK IN: After you check in, you must contact us within one hour to report any issues with the Property. If you fail to do so, you will be required to forfeit reservation balance and security deposit.

All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

CHECK IN

Please come to our office, 6909 West FM 2147 in Horseshoe Bay and we will take you to the property you have reserved. If you are arriving before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., please call our office to make arrangements.
