We will respond to your inquiry the same day we receive it.
Our maintenance technician has been with us for over 10 years and is highly respected, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable.  If the property you are leasing has a Home Owner Warranty, it might take a little longer to remedy your problem due to the fact that we must contact the Home Owner Warranty people and they are responsible for performing maintenance/repairs to the Property.
